Our bacon is country dry cured bacon with NO water added. Our bacon is cured the old-fashioned way. It is hand rubbed with a special mixture which includes a
salt/sugar mixture. This product should
be refrigerated upon arrival. It may be
kept in the refrigerator up to 12 months or frozen.
